1. Service Agreement
By booking a detailing service with Mission Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide mobile car detailing services in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas of Los Angeles County.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- Services can be booked online at missionmobiledetailing.com/book or by calling 818-317-8513.
- Booking confirmations are sent via text and/or email.
- We require a valid service address with adequate space for our mobile detailing van.
- Appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of $25 may apply.
- No-shows: Full service charge may apply for appointments where the customer is unreachable and the vehicle is not accessible.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Fleet and commercial accounts may qualify for invoicing terms.
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our detailing service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or issues arising after service completion.
6. Liability & Limitations
- We carry full commercial liability insurance for our operations.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.
- Customers are responsible for removing valuables from their vehicle before service.
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for damage caused by underlying paint conditions revealed during polishing or correction (e.g., thin clear coat, previous poor repairs).
7. Vehicle Access
By booking our service, you grant us permission to access, enter, and operate within your vehicle as necessary to perform the requested detailing services. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the vehicle.
8. Property Access
You agree to provide us with a suitable location to perform services, including access to your driveway, parking space, or designated area. Our mobile unit requires approximately one standard parking space adjacent to the vehicle being serviced.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on missionmobiledetailing.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mission Mobile Detailing and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
